The island of Poilão, in the Bijagos Archipelago, harbours the largest colony of green turtles in Africa.
In 2018/19 I teamed up with producer and drone pilot Pedro Canavilhas from B'lizzard to design a campaign to promote the work that the Institute of Biodiversity and Protected Areas of Guinea-Bissau (IBAP) is doing to study and protect the thousands of sea turtles that nest there every year.
