In 2018 I travelled twice to the island of Pico, in the Azores, to assist director Pedro Canavilhas as he shot for his film '2351'.
The documentary tells the story of Renato Goulart, a mountain guide trying to achieve the record of hiking up the steep volcano 2351 times - one ascent for every metre that makes up the height of the peak.
